1. We were slightly worried about the use of recyclable packing materials for our trans-Tasman move but on receiving our container everything had travelled very well and we had no damages. Compared to previous international moves the unpacking process was much quicker with a lot less paper and boxes to remove.

2. Both the packing and moving crews were excellent to work with. Very courteous, careful with our property and systematic and methodical in their execution. This is our third (and hopefully our final) move with Kent. All three times you have proved we made the right choice. Special thanks to packers Allen and Rob whom I was unable to thank in person.

5. I had fantastic advice and assistance from sales, administrative and management staff prior to removal day. On the day of removal the uplift/delivery crew were punctual, friendly, extremely efficient and caring in the way they handled our things; including two pianos. They were on an hourly rate and worked as quickly as possible. I couldn’t be happier.
