I did not know what time the moving men were coming. The office staff may have left a message on my home phone but it had been disconnected by Telstra, by mistake. So I wish they had rung my mobile to let me know, as I was in the shower at 7.30am when the movers arrived! In other words, I think they should speak to someone about the arrival time, not just leave a message, which someone may not get. But otherwise, the moving men were very efficient and helpful.
