Excellent prompt communication back to me from the office at a very stressful time and very reassuring to have a lot of the hassle taken out of the move. (Unlike the major competitor who was slow and not helpful!) The uplift and delivery crews were great.

Due to some horrendous removalist reviews online, it was with some trepidation that we set out to find a removalist doing the Brisbane-Darwin route. I’d previously seen Kent’s removal trucks in two suburbs that we’d moved to where we did our own removal. After much research and quotes from other companies, I still came back to Kent Removals. I did not regret that choice. Matthew, their initial sales consultant gave us the confidence to proceed. He was informative, helpful and patiently addressed our concerns. The crews on either side worked tirelessly and meticulously. Nothing was too difficult for them. I can’t thank Kent enough for a job well executed. I would definitely recommend Kent Removalists to anyone undertaking a move.
